Cornwall YMCA, as the Managing Agent of YMCA England’s Housing scheme, welcomes applications for supported housing from people from all backgrounds.
Local Profile
YMCA Cornwall provides supported housing for 34 young people between the ages of 16-25. There are 9 rooms for emergency accommodation on our St Levan Wing. We have two Supported Houses, Appletree / Cherrytree House which between them have 21 Self contained studio / One bedroom flats. We also have four move on flats.

Cookery lessons are offered should residents need these, as well as the opportunity to achieve a certificate in Health & Safety in the kitchen. Residents are also supported to partake in voluntary work, such as Youth Work (there is a Youth Club run on site and we offer an accredited ‘Youth Work Skills’ training programme).
We also participate in fund-raising activities for charity, such as parachute jumps. Certificates are given to all residents who participate.
